In my work as a pacemaker and guide, I help organisations to create clear structures and efficient processes that work sustainably and in the long term. My focus is on developing customised solutions that fit the goals and values of the organisation as well as the individual needs of the people. I support managers in gaining clarity, making better decisions and successfully implementing change - especially in challenging times. My aim is to make organisations more resilient and effective and to provide the ideal breeding ground for the people who work there.
Shaped by roots, strengthened by experience
My roots are characterised by down-to-earthness and independence. As farmers and agriculturists, my grandparents showed me the value of hard work and sustainable structures. I learned discipline and organisation from my father, who served in the military for 40 years, while my mother embodied entrepreneurial spirit and flexibility in her decades of self-employment. What shaped me from an early age forms the foundation of my success in working with companies today.
In 20 years of industry experience, many of them in international sales, I realised how essential clear processes and human cooperation are for the success of modern companies. These experiences, coupled with my sense of structure, my openness and curiosity for new things, form the basis of my work today. I use my broad knowledge of business, organisation and leadership to support companies in achieving sustainable success - with an eye for the big picture and an eye for detail. One thing is clear to me: sustainable change only comes about when you are prepared to understand and tackle deeper contexts.

In challenging times, I support companies and their managers as a focussed pacemaker and guide to find the best possible course. I provide orientation to , sharpen the target image and develop solutions together with my clients that the right balance between employee needs and market requirements. In doing so, I not only take on the role of providing strategic impetus, but also actively support the implementation - from the initial analysis through to clear, measurable results.
My focus is on bringing structure and clarity to processes and leadership without losing sight of people. I see it as my task not only to show the way, but also to walk it together with the company - step by step, with a sense of proportion and foresight.
